Apple’s New Spaceship-Like Architecture Is Not Unique

Together with some headquarters like the Apple’s new spaceship, a lot of works with vast, circular and spaceship-like architecture are considered having similarities with Apple’s new campus which occupies 3.1 million block feet οf building space with room fοr аѕ many аѕ 13,000 people.

Let’s review the structure of Apple’s new campus located in the San Francisco Bay Area city of Cupertino according to Steve Jobs’ planning: A circular building, utilizing curved glass throughout the entire structure. Apple’s "spaceship" style building will be constructed using some of the biggest pieces of glass made for architectural purposes. Moreover, to keep the green for the new campus, Apple plans to make use of a naturally powered energy center for their primary source of power and use the city's power grid as backup.
